All booking is done online! This includes scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you’re sick or have an emergency or can’t make it to your appointment due to inclement weather, I charge for your appointment day of but there will be no charge for one make up appointment. Any same day cancellations after the one-time exception will be charged in full.

LATE POLICY

Any appointment that is 10 minutes (or more) late to their scheduled time is considered a no-show and will be charged 100% for their service.

CHRONIC CANCELLATIONS, LATENESS, OR NO SHOWS

Anyone who is late multiple times to their services will be blocked from booking online or required to put down a deposit at booking. Anyone who consistently cancels their appointments will be blocked from online booking. Anyone who no shows will be immediately blocked from booking online.

LASH LIFTS

Please come to your appointment eye make up free. Remnants of any eye make up will affect the outcome of your Lash Lift. Also, be prepared to not wet your lashes for at least 24 hours whatsoever, this includes no sweating (ie: heavy exercise, hot yoga, sauna, or steam room.) It’s highly advised to sleep on your back for the 24 hour time period, as your lashes will be setting in place. It’s imperative to not sleep on your stomach or wear an eye mask. Please do not drink caffeine or take stimulants prior to your Lash Lift appointment. Limited talking is advised! This service is not recommended for stomach sleepers.

FACE WAXING

Please stop retinol use 1 week before your appointment. Please stop AHA (alpha hydroxy acids) use 72 hours before your waxing appointment.

LED LIGHTS

If you have epilepsy you are not a good candidate for the LED lights.

COVID-19 HEALTH POLICIES & PROCEDURES

  • Please come to your appointment wearing a mask. You must keep your mask on for the entire appointment except for Facials.

  • Please wait until your scheduled appointment time. Please buzz in 054 to the call box at your appointment time (or 5 minutes early is ok!)

  • There will be limited talking during your appointment. Please don’t take this personally, this is for a safety measure to limit speech droplets.

  • Do not come to your appointment if you have experienced any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 or have possibly been exposed to someone with symptoms.

  • No visitors can be present with you for your appointment.

PARKING/LOCATION

We are located at 3310 E Spring St. #102 Seattle, Wa 98112. Street parking is available in the neighborhood. Please allocate extra time for parking. There’s a sign at the front of the building that says ‘Miranda Rojas’ so you’ll know you’re in the right place.

Go to the call box at the front door & buzz 054 or look for ‘Miranda Rojas’ in the call box. Once you’re buzzed in, walk directly through the lobby to the back door, you’ll go outside, take the ramp to the left, and my space is the first unit on the left (102.)

ONLINE ORDERS & SHIPPING

I only process & ship out orders on Monday/Tuesday. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification, please allow 8-10 business days from then for delivery. Thank you for shopping with a small, Latina + Asian owned business!

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FACIAL

Please remove all jewelry before your facial. Your ears, neck, and chest will be treated along with your face so it’s best to remove necklaces & earrings.

  • Talking is limited due to COVID-19 precautions. Also, it’s a great way for you to relax! You will always get an opportunity to ask questions and go over your treatment after your service and when you are masked.

  • Come to your appointment in comfortable clothes. You can undress to whatever level feels comfortable for you although most people treat it like a massage. I do treat everyones neck and chest so be prepared to remove your shirt at the very least.

  • Your hair will get messed up! There are headbands, brushes, and hair ties at the studio. You could receive a head massage and in that case it’s nice to leave your hair down.

  • Please expect some level of discomfort throughout the facial (extractions, peels, and some masks will not be painful but you could experience slight discomfort.)

  • I do not believe in add-ons! I use the full amount of time for your service and there is never an up-charge.

  • For best results, home care is imperative!! 80% of your results are determined by your skincare routine at home. It takes a collective collaboration between client and service practitioner to transform skin. Consistency is always key.
